You can imagine my surprise when I went downstairs to the hospital’s food court expecting to see cafeteria slop and found this treasure! Not just that but also grilled octopus, one of my all time favorites. After little sleep and a long couple of days some comfort food was in order. Shortly after I had my fill, some guy bought the whole head and it took everything I had to not ask him for his number and a cup of whatever deliciousness he was going to do with the grouper’s head!
