This alligator and I were caught in a rainstorm, though he was a little more waterproof than me and my camera.
I found this in the archives from 2006, taken with the Olympus E1. It is pretty impressive how well the files have held up over the years. Definitely a camera before its time.

Wow, you & the alligator; that’s an experience! That the image survived a “digital life”
is a wonder in itself. My film images go back to 1956, but these digital cameras are
dynamite.
